If you're driving so fast that you can't stop before crashing into the car in front when it stops then it's your own fault.
The "multi car shunt" would have definitely been charged against your insurance, and all your video proves is that you can barely drive.

They obviously work there and was letting someone out that. They didn't slam there brakes on suddenly they slowed down gradually because you can see the brake lights, I don't see what the problem is unless you was up his arse driving. Perhaps in future keep back a bit.
