Posted the longer version of what happened in the youtube description but that doesn't show here. I had pulled out of our drive which we do every day and so know when is safe to do so etc. Essentially if someone is at the speed limit there is plenty of time when a car is at the brow of the hill which this car was, this car wasn't even at the brow when I pulled out and was driving considerably faster than anything I've seen on this road and then spent some time driving aggressively behind me before the take over. I had two young children in the car and my wife. There have been five accidents on this stretch in the past five months. One required the air ambulance. Two have resulted in cars going through hedges. Regardless - the bloke is an utter prick.

Irrespective of whether something happened earlier does not give the driver the right to overtake when overtaking is forbidden (double white lines) and to brake check - both are illegal and dangerous and the driver deserves a fine and points

Driving well beyond the limit on a stretch of country lane that has had 5 accidents this year including a child requiring an air ambulance. Drove aggressively behind me, dangerous overtake on a blind bend, gesturing in car, slammed on his brakes twice.
