Bit of both I would say clearly used the wrong lane at the roundabout at 1:20 and cut back in fairly swiftly which could have made someone as unpredictable as that worse.
Furthermore, it looks like you are driving a goods vehicle...pay attention to your speed in future is all I will say considering it showed nearly 85 mph on a dual carriageway (60mph for goods vehicles over 3500kg on a dual, 70 mph on a mway)....

I was harassed by this driver on the 31st Ocotber 2015 on the M5 (northbound between J27-26) with excessive braking and several attempts to force my own vehicle off the motorway.
Eventually the police stopped the driver who was not only double the drink-drive limit but also currently disqualified for a current drink-drive ban.
