I also ride a bike, and let me just say that in my opinion you handled this terribly; I'd even go so far as to say that had you made any complaint/report then it would have been immediately throw out.
Why, you might ask?
Because put simply your attitude is terrible: swearing, acting aggressive; pulling the car door open.. dude, have you ever come up against someone only too eager to use violence? Have you ever tried to defend yourself, on a bike, against such people? You're practically giving someone like that a reason to go ape shit and you will then have to quickly decide on the best course of action. And the same applies whether you ware driving or riding a bike - the same laws regarding your behaviour apply.
And IF you think I am somehow singling you out? Thing again..laws are made for your benefit as well mate. Think about it.
But on the road, think about your safety first and how it's not wise to let red mist get the better of you. Stay safe first, where possible. People will do stupid and dangerous things - yes some people do such things on purpose. You have every right to be angry in such cases. But many people also make stupid mistakes. Whatever the case here, in this video, you would not have any defense in my opinion, because you appear to be seeking confrontation - you made the situation worse.
