If the driver gave as much attention to the road as the phone call she would've stopped for the biker and wouldn't be worrying about a picture her kid!
A quick Google tells me the police will be more interested in the 6 penalty point offence than a crappy photo of her kid!

I took the other regs and will contact the owners and ask if they have any dashcam footage of this incident so that i can get your reg and description and pass it onto police and share you on social media and will contact DARK JUSTICE once i have those details
