Best thing for these assholes is to have someone with front and rear cams film them, including any company name on the vehicle (did you catch any name?), then post it on social media. If that's how they are going to drive then the only thing they deserve is their P45 and jail time..

The guy driving this white Transporter van drove behind me for over 5 miles this evening, and he was just aggressive, he drove less than one car length behind me on a 50mph road by Sutton Coldfield / Aldridge, Which is just dangerous. There were plenty of opportunities for him to overtake but instead he decided to intimidate me, i feared for my safety
