Nutter of a driver in a silver Seat Leon Cupra which is smoking badly and has what I believe are defective, boy-racer tyres.

He's the type of yob who weaves and intimidates other road users.

In addition, the car is clearly unroadworthy; so anybody in authority who reads should issue a Vehicle Defect Notice if they spot it.
