This is an imbecilic woman who thinks it's acceptable to drive through the garden of England whilst fucking about on her phone. Clearly knows what she's doing as gesturing at her out of the window led her to try and hide her face while rubbing her neck constantly (if your neck hurts that much you shouldn't be driving).
