Just read the description and I'm unsure why you feel the need to turn the camera off because of other shoppers with children???
NEVER turn your camera off in the car park! Car insurance claims statistics show that a lot of incidents occur in car parks so leave the camera running because it's the best witness you'll ever have.

"Anon2017-04-27 02:46:09" I have just popped on over to that youtube channel and the youtube account holder has actually added the somewhat same description to this video so i for one now accept the comment from " My Driving Videos (Youtube)2017-04-26 11:58:42" to be genuine, I like the idea that they have come onto this site and explained what had happened and respect the uploader, Now comes the question who the hell is going around adding links to this website, Everyone knows its trolls, But if you look around at those posting comments on here you will find that there is a time pattern as to when they post them ie nearly always AM posts not as many as PM posts, I feel sorry for the real owners of these type of videos as they seem to get all the flack from leavers of comments, I agree with you moderate and start to use real accounts and that may reduce trolls but will not stop them, Also agree as to admin not being arsed, They have a good thing going here so why not sort issues out, Oh well buddy would be here all day but got a job to go to and got a family to keep as i'm on my dinner hour, PS trolls will always be here so will we!

I didn't think about checking Youtube comments - maybe because some youtube links are stolen.
Glad we agree about moderation and user logins etc
I'm human and therefore prone to making mistakes. I could use another id but then someone could just type that same id name and post as if it was me pfffft crazy
And as I'm human and consider myself to be a good driver and of good character I will always hold my hands up when I get corrected.

Well it took me ages to read all the comments and replies on this page and believe me i am not a fast reader lol. So after watching the video i too was a little sceptical at first then i thought to myself yes as to what MY DRIVING VIDEOS has written and i also understand how these issues occur in the tiny small spaces the council call parking spaces in our shopping precincts. Seriously this place is massive compared to our little 4 cars at any time car park. I understand how frustrated that female vw driver must feel at the time a i havsweated buckets loads trying to get out of a jam jar space. But wht the hell did she not park in reverse as that would be a hell of a lot easier to get of surely. Ok so i have had my say and now i deserve a cuppa for all that hard work. One last thing folks stop being so nasty to people without knowing the whole story. Jesus is'nt this world screwed up enough to start with

Let me explain the situation concerning this incident that occured whilst i was driving into this car park in Newcastle's west end
First of all i had just turned off my car cam as i usually do this when going into car parks as to respect towards other shoppers especially with children
As i pulled into the car park this female driver (VW) was actually parked up and i was ready to park in the empty bay topside of car park when all of a sudden this VW driver blasted her horn at me
I said sorry and tried to reverse back but there were three cars behind me trying to leave the other side of the car park and they could not reverse for the very same reason as to cars being behind them, This is where i turned my cameras back on as i knew that the VW driver was being somewhat awkard with everyone as she now blasted her horn at the car beind her as well as the other car that was leaving the car park or should say trying
I really wish i had left the cameras on as no doubt you people would understand my situation concerning this VW driver
I asked her to pull back into the bay as you can see my hands waving back and forth and tried to explain it would be a lot easier her to do this as i could drive past her and allowing her to reverse a lot easier
All i got as well as other drivers was a mouthful of abuse and YES! i was in the right as i entered the car park well before she tried to reverse out but being a gentleman i gave way to her and asked her to calm down as i could see she was getting frustrated due to her turning on the wrong angle to get out as you can see from the video she had to make many manouveres to do so and that had nothing to do with me
I do not have to explain myself but i like to do this as i don't wish for people to start arguing on this website as it's not nice and people should just point out their view without the abuse as i have read here today
Also i never post my videos anywhere else other than on Youtube so whoever posted this video on this site was certainly not myself and maybe another party has done so as i see videos that were posted on Youtube from over 5 years ago being posted on here daily so someone is having fun

Eventually the VW driver got out of the car park but not without yelling at a pedestrian because they were on the crossing when the Amber light came on but again the VW driver was in the wrong as the green man was just going off as the pedestrian reached the pavement
So this VW driver had an issue before i ever reached the car park and like others i was just an object to be shouted at because maybe the VW driver was having a bad day perhap
I am a pretty cool and relaxed driver and i never get road rage as i let other drivers do that and just capture what i need to capture and if i feel it needs reporting or posted then i do this but not forgetting i drive 10 hrs per day and so the amount of videos i have uploaded to Youtube is minute compared to the actual footage i do capture
Finally i only knew of this video being on this site due to my subscriber informing me but i am aware of this site

My driving videos thanks for the explanation, i for one was one of those that some what accused you of being OTT and please accept my apology, now that you have explained it to us i can actually understand the situation as myself have been at first hand on the same kind of incident near where i live, i also like to thank Gordon for uploaded images as this too explains more of how this car park is planned out and i also like to say i agree with Francis as to his / her comment as to being parked like sardines, i have learnt a lesson here tday and no i am not a troll just someone that sometimes lets fly before testing my wings, peace and love all

Watched this video and agree with our friend Gordon as this guy has proving to us something that is rarely ever seen on this website and giving us evidence as to showing us all the situation around that car park so thumbs up from me Buddy and also another Thumbs up to the video uploader, Good on you too Buddy, Yes that vw driver could have made things a lot easier all round if they had just been patient, If you look behind the vw there is a suv ready to leave so perhaps the vw had seen this and wanted to race out of that bay, Its just ones point of view i guess, Have a good day ye'all hear!

It's up to the white VW Golf to make sure it's clear because they were reversing out of a parking space.
I do agree that this is a badly designed Asda car park. I'm surprised the layout was permitted by the council as there's usually a lot of hoops to jump through when submitting planning applications.

Hi GoGo, I do not know if you are the genuine owner of this video or not as i have watched it on youtube too, I wish to thank you for making people aware of this car park in Benwell, Newcastle as i am a resident in that area and i shop here quite a lot and have used that car park on numerous occasions and believe me i have been placed in that same situation as yourself as well as that VW driver, I know how frustrating it can be on both sides of the coin and so i really know where both are coming from, Unlike the negative comments placed on this page i have to side with you as i know it's virtually impossible for cars entering that car park to move out of the way never mind reverse as someone has already stated, I know how rude people are like in that area as i have already stated i live in that area, Some drivers can be so very rude as well as sometimes come across as real bullies, Been there many times even had my windscreen smashed next to the chemist on the other side of that car park as someone blocked me in and refused to move, Thats another story, Anyhow that VW could have pulled back into that bay until it was clear for them to do so, If we look at your side view we can see that the VW had nowhere to go so resulted in blocking in more traffic sadly some don't see or understand this, I for one am glad you uploaded this video as i intend to download it and send it to the local council and let them know how bad this car park is, I agree with "2017-04-25 00:01:43" comment as being awesome planning on the councils behalf and packing us all in like sardines, They have a great point there, Unlike the abusive and negative comments that others have left and to be honest i would say that they are of the same person known as a Troll aka Sid James or whatever they wish to call themselves, Please ignore and keep uploading and once again Thank you, Gordon G (Benwell)

What a risky manouvere to take especially with that estate behind them, Where exactly did they think they were going, If the camera cars statement of events are true of which i have no reason to doubt as to this other drivers driving then i would have uploaded this video too, Absolute madness to say the least
