Driving south bound on the A249 sliced into the left hand lane in front of my vehicle at 100+ mph, slammed on his breaks and pulled into the layby, luckily saw him steaming up in my wing mirror and anticipated his actions.
After the entrance roundabout I had a driver in front doing around 55mph preventing me speeding up with this GK66SXD idiot behind me flashing his lights...
I'd rate 1/10 for this dangerous driver :)
