Driver has zero brains & is only capable of looking at the in front drivers bumper and lifting his foot off the accelerator/brake accordingly. May have been lobotomised, who knows. Driver must at all times be 2 feet from the in front driver also. If no one is in front, driver swerves all over the lane because he has no reference point for where to steer the vehicle.
