In that street there's a lot of problems from the pavement AND road being obstructed. It's like a mine-field. The council won't do anything..why? Are they afraid if being called racists? Scared of the "back-lash"? Fine. Let the street rot if you must. Just don't be surprised when ambulances, fire engines and the like can't get through because it's blocked..when even the rats are walking on stilts due to the sheer amount of filth left outside, and when a child is killed trying to cross the road between vehicles including those double parked and parked on or near junctions. What you don't see never happened.
