Inconsiderate boy ricer.Dangerous driver!

The driver of the Volkswagen Golf car reg GT55JAY (Black), living on 6 Blanche Street, Canning Town, London, E16 4JR, has a really loud exhaust (seems like an illegaly fitted exhaust to make it noisier). The driver is inconsiderate by putting his foot down and speeding with that loud car on the middle of the night, between 11pm – 3am. Recent MOT seems dodgy as it surely cannot pass with that loud exhaust – there is absolutely no difference in noise when it passed the MOT just couple of days ago – the garage and the driver should be investigated as the car could have just passed the MOT test without checking and this is a danger to the roads.

He continuously revs his loud car and speeds around the area going around in circles with no purpose. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood and few schools nearby – its only a matter of time that there will be an accident waiting to happen the way how this inconsiderate driver speeds around residential areas.

The car needs to be checked, the driver and the garage who passed his MOT. Will be reported.
