I witnessed this too like other drivers, I saw him driving aggressively and he got out his phone while driving to record drivers, why, what a creep and law breaker as he goes above the speed limit and uses his phone while driving. Nice BMW driven by an idiot. He should not be on the road and should have his licence revoked.
