To be honest I'm not sure it's illegal - as long as the owner's car isn't on their drive and as long as the parked vehicle isn't causing an obstruction to passing traffic. However, it does appear to be highly inconsiderate.. I mean, if someone kept doing that then their car could so easily be damaged, know what I'm saying? What with so many bloody idiots about these days, a car sticking out like that could easily get swiped..

You can complain. Just because something isn't illegal doesn't mean to say you should do it. I can belch and fart in public if I can't control my stomach.. does that mean I should purposely do so? There's too many people in this world parking like this; they leave their hunk of metal strewn across someone's drive and think nothing of it.. my Nan has it done on her. She's in her 70's and has to negotiate moving traffic including buses and lorries, and pedestrians.. and blind spots.. and its made all the worse by some inconsiderate prick who knows what they're doing, but just doesn't care. Yeah, two can play at that game, right? After all it's perfectly legal....... .

If it's blocking your car parked on the driveway from accessing the road you can call the police but the other driver can just move out of the way to let the car out then park again and block you from returning. Totally fucked up but that's the law and 21st century life...very selfish.
What I would do is find someone with a mobility scooter or pram and get all those inconsiderate, selfish bastards parked on the pavement moved
