The elderly lady in the red coat was crossing the road when the lights turned green. The driver of GU67FVX drove towards her and deliberately sped up whilst beeping. Presumably they were annoyed that she dared to get in their way.

Drivers like that kill. Plain and simple. Had a kid shot across the road between parked cars - like many do - they would have probably ran them over seeing as they were in a blind rage. Once again needless asshole aggression making our towns and cities less desirable places to be, and treating the elderly like trash. Moron cap is most fitting.
