The twat was in a side road and nearly hit me as he kept creeping forward . By the time I passed him driving at 30mph, his car was about to bash mine. I swerved and drove off. He then hooted behind me and then sped past me and then frikking stopped rght in front of me!
I hooted at him conitnuously before he drove off.
