You seem to go out of your way to antagonise people like you want a reaction, this may well one day backfire because some people aren’t phased by a camera, fair enough you do what you do but you seem to further aggravate people in the hope of a reaction then it’s “I’ll call the police” thus taking the police away from real policing for something you brought on your self,your not the police or a traffic warden leave enforcing to the real people cut out for it, also should be a law against filming people without consent if you ask me,

All of the drivers in this clip can actually prosecute under the GDPR laws, set out by the Information Commissions Office. As you have broadcast their identities and the VRM’s. You can film in a public place, but you do not have the rights to broadcast. Also, one would suspect you are a resident in this area, which should be hard to track you down. A simple check on the electoral roll for a 48 year old male, I’m not sure if the closure on the video is the Brodrick Road end of Beechcroft road, but the road works end and the road reopens on 20th November.

I doubt the police will be at all interested (see reply below). If there is a crime being committed it's this lump-head committing a public order offence. Do explain what interest the police might have otherwise; I find it difficult to believe cycling Mikey, or the directors of YouTube for that matter, can expect their doors to be smashed in a dawn raid anytime soon over images of children captured incidentally while recording traffic offences. NB if you watch the other videos he's published you'll see he is in frequent contact with the police; they let him know what action they've taken - see eg

Jame, a friend of mine who has developed MS and is confined to a wheelchair was forced over the curb last year by a van driver who was driving on the pavement, breaking two ribs in the process. We used to do karate together and he was also a skilled magician, two things he had to give up, bad enough without broken ribs on top of everything else.
Mikey is helping to make life easier and safer for wheelchair users, pedestrians, cyclists and vulnerable road and pavement users in general. You seem to be insulting him because he spent some of his free time yesterday helping to prevent people from breaking the law by driving on the pavement.

It's enough to include link to photo or youtube or facebook movie into comment's content in order to attach them to the comment
The road is closed with a non regulatory sign, the vehicles and the the driver are allowed to access the road by law if they have a legitimate reason, the red sign has been deliberately placed in the area which should be open for access, I suspect by the man with the camera. The restriction can only be enforced if a police officer sees a vehicle passing the signage, then the officer would have to warrant that the driver of any of the vehicles didn’t have a legitimate reason for passing the barrier. That the law, remember the Highway Code is not the law, it’s a guide. Unfortunately the man with the camera is attempting to enforce a law which he cannot uphold.
