It's also because of morons like the driver shown that we end up with draconian speed ramps that impact upon the majority. Where I live there's dozens within a very small space, just because of people like THIS. It makes my blood boil. It shouldn't come to this. You want places to put cameras and rake in money? Here's just one perfect example..not other areas where innocent people going slightly over on a straight, clear road between speed limits get hit, or fining people that stray slightly over their parking ticket. Or milk sick people parking at hospitals by slapping them with insanely-high parking fees. People like the dick shown are the one's the book should be thrown at, not the bloody rest of us...rant over.

I want to see them try and excuse this kind of driving. I hope they are banned off the roads. For a pedestrian or cyclist, being hit at that speed means the consequences are most likely fatal. For a driver or passenger it can in some instances mean the same. And all this, on a narrow, dimly-lit road with lots of parked vehicles. But I don't just want to see them caught, banned, fined and jailed. I want to see the face responsible. I also want to point out that, as the cam car shows, not all drivers are assholes.
