Attaching movies and photos (?)

This guy bumped my car with his door as he was opening it, and looked at me immediately after. He didn’t apologise, just got into his car and started reversing out of his space. So I took a photo.
His accomplice however, decided to make some hand gestures towards me and it’s highly unlikely that he understands the reasons behind why I decided to take a photo of this guys car.
The pigeon should have just sat back in his seat and not got involved.
Thankfully there isn’t any damage done to my car. His cars bodywork is pretty rough though. Dents in the door from carelessness I suspect. Also his gearbox is leaking oil.
The thing is, if the driver just apologised for bumping my car with his door then I wouldn’t be wasting my time posting this.
