Before people lambast the driver pulling out the junction..yes, they should check both ways; however, it is not uncommon to find most of their attention focused on traffic approaching from their right. So yes they should have checked but the dick-head over-taking a bus across a junction (across because that would include the distance to clear the bus and return to position) is also at fault. What if an ambulance or unmarked police car had been exiting the junction instead of the one shown? The cam car did the right thing: stay back if unsure and keep a safe distance. But some people don't give two shits about that, and as you see, this is the result of their skull-fucked selfish attitude..
