Awful driving. Seen driving whilst on mobile phone and smoking a rather large cigarette (i assume they were drugs). Was also weaving in and out of traffic on the m23.

I see this driver alot heading towards manor royal in crawley, he is for ever on his phone and that exhaust he has on it sounds awful. Dont worry zach ive reported him hope he gets 6 points only looks young so lets hope its a ban.
