You antagonised the van by unlawful use of your horn. Being a delivery driver, I assume he was making a delivery and was back in a moment. He was not breaking the law. Why stress yourself over such trivial matters?

Unbelievably digustingly rude delivery driver. Parked in the middle of a one way street at 8.50am. Beeped horn as couldn't see him. Proceeded to shout and swear at me in the street using the 'F' word. His young daughter even got out of the car and started shouting then proceeded to stick her middle finger up at me.

He then drove very slowly down the street and breaked hard to try and make me go into the back of him.
