ignoring the fact he decided to move into the right lane at the m40 south m25 anticlockwise junction then brake from 70 to 40 mph despite the left lane being empty, decided he wants to try and sideswipe me when i moved back into the left lane and slowed down to avoid undertaking.
needs a lesson in using his mirrors, picking a lane and probably motorway driving etiquette as a whole.
