The reason for the lead up - is because each file is 3 minutes long and this person did not hit the other car until 2mins and 30secs into that file.
However, are we rating the length of the video or is the purpose of this website to rate other peoples' driving????

Ref some people don't like the full footage. You can put a time-stamp on the original video so that it starts the moment just prior to the actual collision.

Appreciate the link you provided (, 2017-09-23 13:20:17), however, like yourself I did not want to spend anymore time on this video than was needed.
Again, I thought this site was to rate the driving skills of other road users and not the persons' video editing skills..

Took me 30 secs to install Wise Video Downloader and download the video. 10 secs to open and add the downloaded video with http://www.dvdvideomedia.com/videocutter.html and cut it to 30 secs then 2 mins to upload
