I think this person was driving drunk, he was weaving in and out of traffic and couldn’t stay in his lane. He overtook a person while on coming traffic was incoming causing the other person to crash and he drove off, didn’t stop at all. Needs to be caught.

Very rude and abussive. I was driving at 30 in a 30, he overtook me and slammed on the brakes, got out of his car and started swearing at me. I was with my young son so I had to drive off as I was scared. Had like a black mini with a private plate on it
