Cyclist allegedly kicking a car. Something I've missed here..did something occur prior to this? I ride and drive, and I don't agree with kicking the car..what's it going to prove? The police wouldn't look favourably on it as it looks like criminal damage. Would they like someone coming up and kicking their bike? It might also escalate a situation. Yes if you are faced with an immediate threat but that doesn't seem to be the case; however, as to why the car keeps veering into the cycle lane I don't know. We can only speculate as to their reasoning because they don't just do it once.
