Whoa whoa whoa Pepe hold your horses. First of all, just because it's a 65 reg car doesn't mean it can't be involved in fraud. It would not show as stolen on the database if the car is displaying cloned plates. But honestly Pepe, did you really pay to check if this car is stolen or are you a big fat liar liar pants on fire? If the person is telling lies then report it to the police by all means but don't be surprised when they take no action and laugh in you're face.

people not believe you and also like people ask how you take photo as garage private property only a public service, i will get information from data base for this car reg and inform driver this he will tell me where this garage is and what time, then i will contact garage and tell them i informed police and they check cctv footage and will see identity of person who took photograph, yes they will not tell me but at least it will give them real reason to watch out for you when they are in area and will place you on database as to watch out for and question you when they finally catch you, also driver will make official complaint about you of which will hopefully have you details and then driver can contact solicitor and sue you for a many a reason, false aqusations, pergery, slander, you also damage his personality (not sure i spell proper) then we might see your face on social media or on this website too, now that would make everyone happy

Emmanuel i have done my homework NO car not stolen YES customer paid for petrol MAN who take picture also bought items from petrol station and garage employee say he made comment about this driver to him and employee said this guy is a regular and always complains about everything. Police have recording also they placed on database for future use as you say they did not want to arrest guy for just taking photograph but they say they will investigate this persons claims as to leaving comment on this website accusing customer of stealing petrol. But i accept what you say even so you also become quite offensive in your words but thats alright i have thick skin. It just people come on here and can post anything they like and say anything the want and poor innocent people can be hurt or worse they could be arrested or even assaulted on street just for someone telling lies. Its not right Emmanuel not right at all. I got phone call from guy at petrol station and he thank me for being decent person as doing right thing and now i feel as i did good deed and it makes my day. Emmanuel i wish you well my friend
