Drivers not in the wrong she can reverse as much as she likes so long as she doesn't hit you and she was pretty far from the bike rider. This is to put it simply just a panicky reaction that caused offence for no reason. If you were in that car and you see somebody go "woah woah" from roughly 7-10 yards away it will make the driver panick thinking what have they done wrong they haven't but you have distracted them and that's why the man is angry because your reaction could have coached them into an accident when your reaction wasn't necessary.
