The driver of this car managed to overtake me whilst I was on the outside lane of s dual carriageway he did this by driving on the grass between me and the crash barrier
He then stopped his car at a angle across the outside lane so I had to stop he got out of his car and was very threatening - I have no idea what his issue was as when I asked he just got back in his car and drove off
