Complete nut case. That's about it. Woman who goes mental at the flightest error by other drivers and doesn't let it go after one horn blast. Continuously flashing her lights for a mile down the road after someone in front of her cut her up slightly. I don't know what she expected him to do.. stop for a chat? Mental woman.
