On 21st September 2022 at approximately 17:20 the driver of this car decided to join the A354 at Monkton Hill, joining from the Herringston Road, heading south towards Weymouth. The driver did so without slowing at the junction and appeared not to look for on coming traffic, causing vehicles to brake hard.
