This monumental twat thinks he can do whatever he wants while everyone is on lockdown. He appeared from nowhere behind me on a 30mph A-road, presumably because he was doing about 70. Then he weaved in and out of lanes like he was utterly shitfaced, overtook 2 cars into oncoming traffic, and finally jumped a red light on the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD to overtake stopped at the lights at a 20 zone. Utter cunt. The only reason I didn't call the cops is because I don't have a dashcam, and they need evidence to do anything.
