Suffers from tiny penis syndrome.

Quite happy to poodle along like the old man that he was, until overtaken on a dual carriageway. Suddenly, his clapped out old van becomes an imaginary racing car, just ready to undertake you and carve across in front of you without indicating.

Happens a lot when drivers don't like being overtaken. Usually BMW's react this way. Best let him go, plus those vans are pretty quick and surprise a lot of drivers.
