How was it the cyclists fault? The second time it was the van driver confronting the cyclist and that's when he chose to lose forward concentration and rear ended the Mondeo. Van driver got what he deserves.

If you hadn't distracted and harassed the van driver then he wouldn't have hit the car in front of him. Yet again another menacing cyclist who thinks he's brave because he has a helmet cam.
