two things she's doing wrong. One, theres a BRAND NEW CYCLE LANE right beside her, yet she seems perfectly content to sit as the sole occucpant of the vehicle, pootling along at one mile per hour in a forty mph zone, forcing me to ride at her very very slow speed. She COULD use the bicycle lane and buy a bike, but no, she is driving instead. Two, she is now so bored in her ''traffic jam'' even though shes causing the queue by driving, and not using the expensive bike lane, she has to check her mobile phone, in a brown case. She then spots me looking, and places it in her lap, as though that means i cant see it. Total imbecile of a woman blocks the road as well as can't pay attention to her surroundings. If you were on the bike lane love you wouldnt be so bored and check your phone, and if you were paying attention you would have seen you were in my way and moved over to let me pass you, like any considerate driver would. she is at 4minutes 13 seconds.
Looks to me like no-one was going anywhere. The gap between her and the vehicle in front was not that large and you simply hopped from one jam to another. As things go, this is not a bad case.
