Undertaking is NOT the offence here. Driving in the left hand lane is the right thing to do. If someone is blocking the middle lane that's up to them. Otherwise what you're saying is if someone sits in lane 4 of the M1 doing 50, then no one else can exceed 50. Nonsense. The moron in the picture is 100% at fault.

Middle lane Hogger! Sitting in lane 2 on the M6 then took an aversion to being undertaken so proceeded to come alongside, slow & intentionally block me in further ahead. Gave me a lovely 2 fingered salute & got his rather unattractive wife to take my picture as they passed. Then continued, unsurprisingly in lane 2! see pics
