This guy speeds through the bus lane, cutting everybody up who need to come over.
This is on Winston Churchill Avenue, just outside The University of Portsmouth's Eldon Building. He also fails to indicate turning into the road leading to Eldon.
From my own experience this guy has driven at least 5 times in exactly the same manner and I'm sure he will continue to do so as he obviously fails to see a problem.
