This driver needs to learn the highway code. He pulled out of a give way sign in front of me at a junction from a filter. He seems not to understand 'Give Way' signs mean give way nor that a filter at a traffic lit junction always gives right of way to the traffic coming from the right. He then proceeded to explain his bad driving by referring to damage on my car.
