Driver drove a short way up a narrow road to go face to face with three (and later a fourth) vehicles which had travelled a significantly further distance into the narrow part of the road. Sat there for several minutes shouting at them and even got out of the car to shout at them. Eventually they had to reverse up a hundred yards past a turning that could be used as a passing point only for him to turn down it. Attracted quite an audience from the surrounding houses.
