Pulls out of Greenfield Road in Inskip without giving way in front of approaching vehicle on main road then speeds off in excess of the 30 mph limit towards Crossmoor & Elswick.
It is obvious this driver is full of self importance and doesn’t respect other motorists or the law. But then this is more likely with people living in newly built housing developments thinking they are a cut above.
