Blatantly holding up your mobile phone whilst squatting in the middle lane on the M4 west bound near junction 11. You were not even in traffic but just ignoring other cars passing you and telling you to put your phone down. Apart from breaking the law you are a VERY bad driver and I really hope you get caught and banned!!!
