Look at the light that indicates the indicators are active. It's clearly flashing so the bike was definitely indicating.

What Mini? Of course a vehicle all ready on a roundabout has priority and in this case the motorcycle was on the roundabout before the Audi (as well as being to its right). You should be able to see this with your own eyes, it shouldn't need explaining to you.

Wrong. There are no rules about who was already on the roundabout. If you think that, retake your driving test. The rule is "give priority to traffic approaching from your right" - the motorbike was approaching from the car's right. Easier to envisage if it was a large roundabout but the same rules apply to mini roundabouts.

The motorcyclist cut the Mini up who was already on the mini-roundabout. These facilities are very problematic..too many people racing to be first across the dotted lines instead of putting safety first.

Ok so the driver made a dangerous and stupid mistake but beeping the guy on the bike is not cool at all. Behaviour like that pisses me off even more than the near miss.
