This woman/man was driving through red lights and never indicates. He also parked in a no parking zone. I don't think he should be driving.

This retard doesn't show respect when He drives. He always cuts me off at Farnham and I nearly crashed because of him. He smoke cigarettes and never concerates. The guy has hair like Gandalf but it's black

This Woman/man was driving through red lights, flipping people off and almost crashed into a family. People like this shouldn’t be driving!
