Leigh upon Mendip to Great Elm, Somerset.
Driver drove through a 30mph zone, with children going to school well in excess of 40mph, - the low sun in eyes quite disabling, so he had to do two emergency stops, one when a child came out of the offside of a vehicle, and second when a transit van had priority through a space, causing HX15VFT to reverse. It then proceeded through the village of Mells 30mph where more children were going to school at 08:55, too fast through the narrows towards the crossroads, Proceeded ahead into the single vehicle width lane residential area at speed in excess of 40mph, arriving at the post office junction in Mells, where it turned in the direction of Frome, where I lost sight because of observing the speed limits and general safety. This driver probably ignored the following 30mph, 40mph, and 30mph speed limits on approach and through the village of Great Elm with the same irresponsible and dangerous disregard to any of the residents and their children going to school. I wonder how this driver would feel if people drove through his village where his children lived in such a dangerous and irresponsible way. Hope this man gets his cumuppence very soon. His employers must be delighted with his behaviour, - such a pity he didn't have a name on the car, I would have given him career damaging feedback.
