The driver of this 2mvlogistics vehicle hit my car whilst driving on a road he should not have been using as it has a 2m width restriction on it. However, in his accident report he claims his lorry was stationery and it was me who drove into him. Unfortunately with no independent witnesses there seems there is not a lot I can do.
