There’s no way this hoopty has a valid MOT. it’s literally falling apart with the front bumper coming off, grills missing, grey smoke pouring out the back with any acceleration. Not to mention damaged and filthy so clearly neglected. Wtf man

Not charging yet on a charging space. Some people are so entitled. There were other spaces. If you are so precious about your car then don’t take it out.

No blue badge, parked in disabled space. I’m guessing they had just been though McDonalds drive thru and if that’s the case then it probably explains why they are so lazy and inconsiderate. They’re also probably heading towards a blue badge in later life with such decisions.
