No blue badge, parked in disabled space. I’m guessing they had just been though McDonalds drive thru and if that’s the case then it probably explains why they are so lazy and inconsiderate. They’re also probably heading towards a blue badge in later life with such decisions.

It’s bad enough that you are partly responsible for destroying the verge on the other side of the road with you adopting a space that is not yours to park on. Absolutely no need to park on a footpath to load anything in to your vehicle either.
