I am finding all this somewhat petty. Furthermore if i'd reported a woman (or man) for doing this then I wouldn't feel very proud of myself for doing so..
Also, look at the main road. It's clearly not a good idea to be stopping there under any circumstance. This is the problem with a lot of civil engineering, that doesn't provide suitable and adequate provision for parent parking. This is a contributory factor in so many cases of dangerous, illegal parking outside outsides schools. She decided not to do that..not to park outside the school, she decided not to hold anyone up and all she did was enter and turn around. Why hound her in this way?
I see no crime here. As far as I can establish the parking enforcement at the school is a civil and not criminal matter.
Furthermore you say she the driver was dropping someone off inside the premises, which therefore means they are were parking on the road, causing an obstruction as many people do. They were not driving dangerously? Recklessly? Then with the greatest respect I feel this is just petty; that there are far more pressing concerns. Have a nice day.
£200 fine and 6 penalty points for the person taking a video while driving. I personally have no problem with people making sure their kids get to school safely and are not run down by idiots using a mobile phone.
Unless you have an action cam mounted on your chest somehow it would appear you are using a mobile phone or similar device illegally. I would say doing something illegal is more serious than breaking a school's advisory (but not legally binding) advice. You eedjit.
