Elm Haulage Carlisle need to vet their drivers much much better. A massive Scania R450 truck with a tanker trailer, doing the closest tailgating I've ever seen on very busy streets at rush hour, 40+mph through the centre of Walton, no lane discipline. This one would be a danger to everyone around them even in a normal car, never mind 40 tonnes of artic.
